BFKN is pleased to announce Josh Bashioum as the newest addition to the Real Estate Group. Josh focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. Josh has experience in representing buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and dispositions. His practice also places particular emphasis on representing landlords and tenants in commercial office, industrial, and retail leasing transactions. Prior to joining BFKN, Josh practiced at Levenfeld Pearlstein LLC, where he negotiated and drafted purchase agreements and managed transactions from signing to closing for a variety of property types.
BFKN is also pleased to announce Katie E. Yonover as the newest addition to the Corporate & Securities Group. Katie represents U.S. and multinational companies across a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, general corporate counseling, and other strategic transactions. Prior to joining BFKN, Katie was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP, where she advised insurance, financial, and private equity clients across a variety of corporate and securities issues, including strategic counseling, mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offerings, and general corporate matters.
