Barack Ferrazzano's Corporate & Securities Group represented L Catteron in its investment in ClassPass, Inc. Recognized as one of Forbes’ Next Billion Dollar Startups, ClassPass is the leading membership to the world’s largest fitness network, using a technology-enabled platform to connect members to a variety of fitness experiences in 50 cities worldwide.

L Catterton, formed through the partnership of Catterton, LVMH and Groupe Arnault, is one of the world's largest consumer investment funds. Michael Farello, Co-Managing Partner of the L Catterton Growth Fund, will join the ClassPass Board.
