
Katherine has extensive experience in a variety of complex real estate transactions and related matters, including the acquisition, sale, financing and development of commercial property and real estate portfolios on behalf of REITs and other institutional and individual investors; the representation of lenders in connection with secured loan transactions and other real estate investments (including mezzanine loans and joint venture investments); and the representation of lenders and borrowers in troubled loan workouts.
Representative Experience
Represented numerous financial institutions in connection with the restructuring of, or litigation regarding, real estate loans secured by mortgages on properties throughout the United States with an outstanding indebtedness substantially in excess of $1 billion in the aggregate.
