Overview
Danita has experience with complex real estate transactions, assisting on residential and commercial property matters, including the review of title and survey documents, purchase and sale agreements, closing checklists, and HUD-1 Settlement Statements.
She regularly works alongside attorneys on complex transactions involving the acquisition and development of commercial properties, as well as the organization of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Danita earned a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University and Paralegal Certificate, with honors, from Roosevelt University (ABA approved program).
