Geiringer, Regulatory Section Leader, as members of the faculty of Fundamentals of Banking Law, presented in partnership with Berkeley Law’s Executive Education Academies. This intensive 21/2 day executive education program is designed to familiarize participants with the basics of banking law, addressing key policies, concepts, and regulations surrounding bank regulation, financial markets, Dodd-Frank, and the rise of FinTech.
