Join Barack Ferrazzano Financial Institutions Group during the ACAMS Chicago Chapter Double Session Event. This workshop focuses on the illicit trade of synthetic drugs, as well as the regulatory concerns surrounding the growing marijuana industry.
Financial Institutions Group Partner and Regulatory Section leader John Geiringer will speak during the "Clearing the Haze: An Update on the Marijuana Industry & Key Legal and Regulatory Considerations for Financial Institutions" session with Steven Kemmerling, Founder and CEO of MRB Monitor.
The other session, titled "Synthetic Drug $ - Mitigating the Risks," will examine the unauthorized trade of synthetic drugs, their money flow patterns and financial trends.
Cost: Free for ACAMS Chicago Chapter Members, $25 for non-members
