Overview

Jessica is a commercial litigation paralegal with more than two decades of experience in all aspects of litigation, from pre-case investigation and analysis through trial, on cases ranging in size from small contract disputes to multi-billion-dollar MDLs.

She has extensive experience assisting in mediation, arbitration and trial preparation and logistics, including witness, trial exhibit list and database preparation, hot-seat trial presentation, and vendor management. Jessica has an in-depth understanding of the review and production aspects of the discovery process, specializing in running complex electronic discovery matters including project management on large-scale data investigations and collections, assisting with database management on multiple document review platforms, conducting electronic document analysis utilizing the full range of Relativity analytics, and managing complex document reviews, including large teams of contract attorneys.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa in 1999 and her Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University in 2003.
