Dana concentrates on general corporate and securities matters. Her general corporate experience includes assisting with all aspects of formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, including the preparation of routine and transaction-specific resolutions, the establishment and maintenance of corporate databases, and corporate minute books and multi-state, multi-entity mergers.

Dana also assists with corporate and banking due diligence reviews and transaction closings of both public and private companies. She has extensive experience in the preparation, searching, and filing of financing statements under Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Dana has broad experience on public and private securities matters, and assists the Firm’s attorneys with blue sky research and the preparation and filing of required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Dana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and has 30+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
