Richard S. Nikchevich

Rich is a co-chair of the Firm's Real Estate Group. His practice covers a range of complex commercial real estate transactions and dispute resolution matters, including (i) large office, industrial, and data center lease transactions; (ii) purchases and sales of many types of commercial real estate; (iii) mortgage loan workouts and other real estate disputes; (iv) joint venture transactions, including property recapitalizations; (v) portfolio acquisitions and dispositions of industrial properties, service stations, cell sites, and other properties; (vi) foreign in-bound real estate investments; (vii) build-to-suit and other development matters; (viii) real estate finance transactions; (ix) retail leasing and counseling as to strategic matters; and (x) the handling of contested zoning and other land use matters.
