Dapo concentrates his practice on commercial real estate. Dapo has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex real estate transactions and related matters, including the acquisition, sale, financing and development of commercial property and real estate portfolios on behalf of REITs and other institutional, private equity and individual investors; the representation of developers and lenders in connection with secured loan transactions and other real estate investments; the representation of lenders in troubled loan workouts; and the structuring of partnerships and limited liability companies to serve as vehicles for the financing, development and management of real estate assets.
Serves as outside counsel to KIF Property Trust in connection with its real estate acquisitions and dispositions, developments, financings, construction matters and leasing transactions.
Represented a variety of clients, including REITs and developers, in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial and industrial properties and premises, assisted living facilities, hospitals and medical office buildings throughout the United States.
Represented various financial institutions with respect to negotiating and documenting the restructuring of troubled real estate loans.
