Samantha is an established, solutions-driven litigation attorney who applies creativity and her prior experience clerking for a federal judge to help clients navigate complex commercial disputes.

Samantha has substantial litigation experience working on cases involving diverse subject matter, such as breach of contract, franchise laws, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, securities law, and antitrust. Her skill set extends to crafting crucial motions and pleadings for both federal and state courts, as well as adeptly handling depositions of fact witnesses, including those of corporate representatives.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Samantha was a litigation associate at Quinn Emanuel's Chicago office. She clerked for the Honorable Judge Timothy J. Kelly on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
