Katherine advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including loans, acquisitions, and sales and leases. Her focus on client objectives enables Katherine to achieve their goals in a practical and efficient manner.

Katherine has extensive experience in a variety of complex real estate transactions and related matters, including the acquisition, sale, financing, and development of commercial property and real estate portfolios on behalf of REITs and other institutional and individual investors, the representation of lenders in connection with secured loan transactions and other real estate investments (including mezzanine loans and joint venture investments), the representation of landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leases, and the representation of lenders and borrowers in troubled loan workouts.
