Jodi serves as the Director of Attorney Development & Recruiting at BFKN, leading the firm’s continued growth through talent acquisition, professional development, diversity, equity, and inclusive initiatives.
She is a seasoned, measured law firm professional with significant experience and insight in leading staff, onboarding and integrating lawyers, serving as a conduit between cross-functional teams, managing large-scale events and developing and maintaining key firm relationships. Jodi has spent her entire career in law firms, working closely with all levels of legal staff and management to lead a variety of growth initiatives, from inception to completion, with a keen understanding and appreciation for the nuanced demands of an ever-evolving environment. Over the course of her career, she has developed and implemented lateral integration plans for attorneys, handled staff recruitment and led attorney professional development initiatives – with a commitment to diverse teams.
While at BFKN, she has worked with key leaders at the firm to refine the recruiting and retention process, including the development and implementation of associate training programs to continue elevating the sophisticated firm talent. As a member of the Senior Administration team, she serves on the Recruiting, DEI, Pro Bono, and Business Development Committees, bringing her fresh perspectives to these important roles that tie together the goals of the firm.
In addition to her focus in the office, Jodi spends time with her family supporting a variety of programs with organizations and institutions that concentrate on the well-being of women and children.
