Jacob is a practical, solutions-driven corporate attorney with experience in navigating complex corporate and transactional matters.

Jacob focuses his practice on representing clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has experience drafting and reviewing various project, finance, and equity documents, including purchase and sale agreements, credit and note purchase agreements, collateral access agreements, security documents, and guaranty agreements.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Jacob was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where he advised public and private companies on real estate development, construction, financing, acquisition, divestment, debt offerings, leasing, restructurings, and REITs.
