Overview
Elizabeth has more than 20 years of experience as a transactional real estate paralegal, providing assistance throughout all phases of complex real estate transactions, and assisting attorneys on industrial and commercial property matters, including review and analysis of contracts, title and survey, examination of due diligence materials and drafting and reviewing closing documents.
She also has extensive corporate and secured lending experience as it relates to real estate, including entity formation, drafting and filing UCC financing statements, amendments and terminations and reviewing and summarizing UCC lien search results.
Elizabeth received her Associates in Paralegal Studies from William Rainey Harper College followed by her Bachelor of Arts in International Law & Legal Studies from Roosevelt University.
