Overview
Colleen oversees all Human Resource functions including but not limited to, compliance, benefits administration, staff recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and performance management. Her favorite part of Human Resources is coaching and sharing her experience with others.
Colleen’s career in Human Resources spans over 25 years starting out in the not-for-profit industry, followed by the legal industry for the past 16 years. Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, she held a similar role as the Human Resources Manager for Clausen Miller PC.
Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Western Illinois University. In addition, Colleen maintains HR certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
