Overview

Charlotte concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, leveraging her extensive legal research and writing skills to help clients achieve favorable outcomes throughout all phases of litigation.

Charlotte has represented clients in federal and state litigation, internal investigations, government investigations, and international arbitrations for a variety of claims. She also has experience leading witness interviews, conducting legal research, drafting deposition outlines, motions, discovery requests, and responses, and arguing discovery-related matters.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Charlotte was a litigation associate at Jones Day. She also served as a law clerk at RUSH Legal and as a paralegal at Legal Aid Chicago.
