Overview

Adam represents clients in complex commercial litigation. He also is experienced in government investigations and has handled antitrust, white collar, civil rights, and corporate compliance matters. He brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to matters involving federal enforcement, internal investigations, and high-stakes commercial disputes.

Adam has significant experience across all stages of litigation, including motion practice, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. He has examined witnesses in federal court, authored dispositive motions, and prepared for trial. Adam also has advised clients on legal risks associated with diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in light of evolving federal jurisprudence.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Adam was an associate in the Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Group at Jenner & Block. His work included defending clients in antitrust litigation, representing incarcerated individuals in pro bono civil rights cases, and co-authoring filings in constitutional and administrative matters.
