BFKN is pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan L. Baker to the Litigation Group. Jonathan is an experienced commercial litigator with a background in contract disputes, business torts, antitrust, employment, securities, intellectual property, and compliance. An accomplished litigator as well as a trained mediator, Jonathan is dedicated to ensuring the best possible results for his clients. As an associate in BFKN’s Litigation Group, Jonathan works on a wide range of complex litigation matters, including motor vehicle franchise disputes, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and real estate litigation. Jonathan has vast experience in all stages of litigation and strategic decision-making, including advising clients on prelitigation questions, government investigations, filing a lawsuit, responding to a lawsuit, discovery decisions, and trial strategy.
