Overview

Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce the addition of Charlotte S. Hogan to the Litigation Group.

Charlotte concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, leveraging her extensive legal research and writing skills to help clients achieve favorable outcomes throughout all phases of litigation. Charlotte has represented clients in federal and state litigation, internal investigations, government investigations, and international arbitrations for a variety of claims. She also has experience leading witness interviews, conducting legal research, drafting deposition outlines, motions, discovery requests, and responses, and arguing discovery-related matters. Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Charlotte was a litigation associate at Jones Day. She also served as a law clerk at RUSH Legal and as a paralegal at Legal Aid Chicago.

"We are very happy to welcome Charlotte Hogan to the firm and our Litigation Group. Charlotte’s top-notch credentials, her experience with complex litigation, internal and high-profile government investigations, and international arbitrations during her time in-house and at a top-tier large law firm, make her a valuable addition to our talented group." — Maile Hitomi Solís, Co-Chair, Litigation Group

Litigation Group

Our firm has assembled a group of highly skilled trial lawyers – seasoned partners and well-trained associates – who represent clients both forcefully and efficiently. Unlike some litigators, who spend years engaging in expensive discovery only to recommend settlement on the eve of trial, we are always ready to try cases when necessary but strive to achieve business resolutions early and economically when appropriate.
