Overview

Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph F. Mintz to the Litigation Group. Joseph is a seasoned litigator with years of courtroom experience as a prosecutor. Whether it be a successful jury trial or a timely settlement, Joseph has an established track record of achieving favorable outcomes. As an associate in Barack Ferrazzano’s Litigation Group, Joseph handles a wide range of complex matters, including motor vehicle franchise disputes and real estate development litigation. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation and strategic decision-making, including high-profile investigations, discovery, written and oral motions practice, opening statements, expert witness examinations, and closing arguments.

“We are very excited to welcome Joey to our Litigation Group. On top of his stellar academic record, he brings to us the unique perspective, experience, and work ethic of a seasoned JAG Corp trial lawyer. We feel very lucky to have him as part of our team.”
Maile Hitomi Solís, Co-Chair, Litigation Group

Litigation Group

Our firm has assembled a group of highly skilled trial lawyers – seasoned partners and well-trained associates – who represent clients both forcefully and efficiently. Unlike some litigators, who spend years engaging in expensive discovery only to recommend settlement on the eve of trial, we are always ready to try cases when necessary, but strive to achieve business resolutions early and economically when appropriate.
