BFKN is pleased to announce the addition of a new associate, Gregory Klein, to the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group.
Gregory is a detail-oriented and reliable corporate attorney with experience advising clients on a wide variety of complex transactions and corporate matters. Gregory’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including strategic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, and general corporate counseling. Before joining BFKN, Gregory was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he primarily advised private equity sponsors and private companies on a range of complex business transactions.
