Overview

BFKN is pleased to announce that for the second consecutive year, the firm has achieved Midsize Mansfield Rule Certification Plus. The Mansfield Rule, an initiative from Diversity Lab, measures achievement of certain structural metrics designed to better ensure our paths to leadership—including lateral hiring, client pitch teams, promotions, and appointments—are open and transparent to all qualified lawyers.

Our firm has completed this initiative alongside leading firms and legal departments, reaffirming our commitment to expanding the pool of candidates considered for leadership roles, especially those from historically underrepresented groups in the legal profession.

Achieving this milestone highlights our dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion. We remain committed to hiring and building teams that reflect the diverse communities we serve while continuing to deliver exceptional legal services.
