Overview
Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce the addition of two associates, Henry K. Wineburgh, to the firm’s Litigation Group, and Anna Chestnut, to the firm’s Real Estate Group.
As an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, Henry focuses on complex commercial disputes. He has experience with motion practice and trial preparation. Henry leverages his legal research and writing skills to help clients achieve favorable outcomes throughout all phases of litigation.

Anna provides counsel in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. She is committed to navigating transactions with clarity, efficiency, and a focus on meeting clients' strategic objectives. Anna focuses her practice on the sale, acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of various types of commercial real estate properties. She represents real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporations, commercial and investment banks, and other real estate investors and developers in various transactions. Her practice further encompasses representing landlords and tenants in commercial office, industrial, and retail leasing transactions.
