LCLD is composed of more than four hundred corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners, representing many of the profession’s most influential leaders. Together, they are dedicated to fostering an environment where all talent can thrive, with the ultimate goal of strengthening and diversifying the legal field.
The Top Performer award is presented to organizations that rank within the top twenty percent for participation in LCLD programs and activities.
