Overview

Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Osborne to the firm’s Litigation Group in its Minnesota office.

Andy represents clients in complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts at every phase, from initial strategy and pleadings through trial and appeal. Before joining the firm, he was an associate in Jenner & Block’s Supreme Court and Appellate Group, where he litigated high-stakes matters spanning class action defense, multidistrict litigation, administrative law, and privacy law while maintaining a pro bono practice focused on constitutional rights, immigration, and capital cases. He previously clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Kirsch of the Seventh Circuit and the Honorable Manish S. Shah of the Northern District of Illinois, argued before the Seventh Circuit as a student attorney in the University of Chicago’s Supreme Court and Appellate Clinic, and prior to law school worked in communications for U.S. Senator Al Franken of Minnesota.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andy Osborne to our Litigation Group as we expand our Minnesota practice. His experience advising clients in some of the most complex litigation and high-profile appeals will be a tremendous asset to our clients.” — Nicholas H. Callahan, Partner, Litigation Group

Litigation Group

Barack Ferrazzano’s Litigation Group attorneys have been selected by some of the world’s most prominent companies to represent them in their most significant legal disputes. Our firm has assembled a group of highly skilled trial lawyers—seasoned partners and well-trained associates—who represent clients both forcefully and efficiently. Unlike some litigators, who spend years engaging in expensive discovery only to recommend settlement on the eve of trial, we are always ready to try cases when necessary but strive to achieve business resolutions early and economically when appropriate.
