Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Rabuck to the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditor Rights Group.

Sam focuses his practice on complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, distressed transactions, and related litigation, bringing practical, value-driven counsel to clients navigating all types of distressed situations. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, vendors, landlords, asset purchasers, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructuring matters across a broad range of industries. Before joining Barack Ferrazzano, Sam was an associate at Cooley and, prior to that, at Mayer Brown, where he developed broad experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial lending. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Donald R. Cassling of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
