The Harvard Savings Bank name will be maintained for all three locations despite the acquisition.

Barack Ferrazzano's legal team was led by Brent McCauley. Other members of the team included Scott Porterfield, Andrew K. Strimaitis, Katherine Getz and Emily N. Henkel.
