Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce the addition of Partner Matt Kim-Miller to the Real Estate Group. Matt provides experienced representation to clients across a wide-ranging scope of transactional matters. His real estate experience includes representing developers, owners, and other parties in complex developments, land use and entitlements, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, construction contracting, financings, workouts, leasing, asset repositionings, conservation easements, and transactions involving public land. His clients comprise of parties involved in industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, office, medical, mixed-use, and retail sectors.

Matt previously represented publicly listed, private and municipal entities in relation to real estate, construction, industrial revenue bond and local permitting aspects of solar and wind energy projects in New Mexico, California, Montana, Wyoming and other jurisdictions. Matt is rejoining Barack Ferrazzano – he was previously an associate at the firm where he focused on real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
