Overview
Barack Ferrazzano welcomes Maximiliano ("Max") Silvestre as its newest addition to its Motor Vehicle Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Max practiced with a Chicago firm which is well-known and well-respected in the area of franchise law. While there, he was involved in, among other things, transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and sales or dispositions of companies.
