Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce recognition among the law firms with the strongest client relationships according to BTI Consulting Group – the leading provider of client feedback research – in the BTI Power Rankings 2019: Client Relationship Scorecard report. BTI relies on in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s largest organizations to measure client relationship strength of the law firms they use most.

BTI Consulting spoke with more than 650 top legal decision makers between 2017 and 2019 to calculate the client relationship strength of the law firms clients say they use most. BTI Power Rankings 2019 also draws on data collected in BTI’s ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel. Each year, BTI reaches out to a sample of legal decision makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. The Client Relationship Scorecard is BTI's most comprehensive deep dive on client relationship strength yet, covering more than 15 industry segments and interviewing a variety of C-level executives, including General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, and Senior Counsel.
