BFKN is pleased to announce Jodi M. Dalton as the firm's Director of Attorney Development & Recruiting. Jodi will lead the firm’s continued growth through talent acquisition, professional development, diversity, equity and inclusive initiatives. She is a seasoned, measured law firm professional with significant experience and insight in leading staff, onboarding and integrating lawyers, serving as a conduit between cross-functional teams, managing large-scale events and developing and maintaining key firm relationships. Prior to joining BFKN, Jodi was a Senior Business Development Manager at Reed Smith, where she was integral in the merging of the US and EME commercial disputes practices into one single, global group – requiring seamless coordination across many platforms that encouraged and supported ongoing collaboration of lawyers across a global platform. In addition to her focus in the office, Jodi spends time with her family supporting a variety of programs with organizations and institutions that concentrate on the well-being of women and children.
