Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce two of our attorneys have been promoted to the partnership level, effective January 1, 2019. These newly elevated attorneys represent a number of the Firm's core practices, contributing to the client-oriented services for which Barack Ferrazzano is known. Congratulations to Emily and Bob!

Emily Henkel is a part of the Firm's Financial Institutions Group. She focuses her practice on capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions and securities. She has a wide array of experience in structuring corporate and financial transactions, and provides counsel to boards of directors on issues of corporate governance and enforcement matters. Emily earned her J.D. at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

"Emily is a shining example of the skilled lawyers we recruit to the Firm, and we’re pleased to add her to the partnership. In the six years she's been with us, Emily has worked with numerous key clients on mergers and acquisitions and IPO transactions, and has become a valued member of the Financial Institutions Group."
Robert M. Fleetwood, Co-Chair, Financial Institutions Group

Bob Morrow is a member of the Firm's Corporate & Securities Group. He concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, financing matters, securities offerings and general corporate governance. He has represented both domestic and international public and private companies in various sectors. Bob earned his J.D. at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

"Bob is an excellent lawyer who constantly seeks out new opportunities to strengthen client relationships. This past year he volunteered to work on-site with a client for a prolonged period after they requested assistance — just one example of Bob's commitment to Barack Ferrazzano and its clients and just one reason why he is an important member of the Corporate & Securities Group. We’re delighted to welcome Bob to the partnership."
