Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce Caroline H. Sear has joined the Firm as an associate in its Litigation Group continuing its expansion. Carrie concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and product liability matters. She has litigated matters in both state and federal courts including, but not limited to, product liability, health care disputes, corporate governance, trade secrets, and unfair competition claims. Carrie also has an active pro bono practice where she represents clients in civil and administrative proceedings.

Prior to joining the Firm, Carrie was a commercial litigation and product liability attorney at a large international firm.
