Barack Ferrazzano Financial Institutions Group co-chair Robert M. Fleetwood will discuss recent mergers & acquisitions at the RSM hosted, Illinois Bankers Association CFO Forum. The open forum discussion is designed to provide chief financial officers and senior financial managers the opportunity to network in a comfortable and professional environment. The forums help strengthen important ties with fellow community bank CFOs and financial managers, and examines issues with a fresh perspective. 

About the Speaker

Rob is co-chair of the Financial Institutions Group and concentrates his practice on financial institutions, securities, and general corporate matters. He regularly represents financial institutions on public and private securities offerings, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and contract negotiations. Additionally, he works closely with clients on their continued compliance with federal and state securities laws, including reporting under the Securities Exchange Act and with corporate governance matters.
