Presented virtually for the first time, this event is completely free for Business Law Section members and open to all. The five-day event is the place for business law professionals to learn, connect, and share.

This meeting will offer an incredible array of coverage, from introductory-level programming to in-depth analysis of complex issues. Attendees will earn CLE from high-quality programs developed by practice area veterans. John will kick-off the event on Monday, September 21, (9:00 AM CST) serving as a panel moderator for the opening session, "Countering the Financing of Terrorism: International & Domestic Law and Policy." This program is a preview of the upcoming ABA book, Countering the Financing of Terrorism: Law and Policy – for which John will be the Editor – to be published in 2021.

In addition to the latest industry updates, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in showcase programs featuring leading speakers on topics of interest to business lawyers on relevant trends, collaborate with colleagues in various practice areas at committee and subcommittee meetings, and network with business law professionals from around the world.
