Overview
Barack Ferrazzano partner and Regulatory Section Leader John Geiringer will present "Regulatory Examinations, Enforcement Actions and Fiduciary Duties" on June 22, 2016 in Springfield, Illinois, on the first day of the Community Bankers Association of Illinois Community Bank Directors' College.
The Community Bank Directors' College was developed in close conjunction with both state and federal regulators and is designed to teach individuals how to become more effective, capable and supportive members of a bank's board of directors, thus becoming an even bigger asset to community banks. It provides a thorough understanding of bank operations and bank directors' responsibilities and is recommended for both new and seasoned bank directors.
