Barack Ferrazzano's Robert Shapiro appeared on NBC 5 Chicago's The Talk to discuss the Supreme Court's recent ruling on the Voting Rights Act. The Supreme Court decided Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act was constitutional but the formula used to decide which states and counties were affected by this Section was outdated. Rob explained how the task of coming up with a new working formula rests with Congress and should take some time to develop.
