Is the collection of phone records unconstitutional?

Barack Ferrazzano Partner Robert Shapiro appeared on Fox News Chicago following The Guardian’s, a UK newspaper, publication containing leaked information about the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA). The releasing of this information about our government monitoring emails and phone calls has sparked debates of national security and privacy rights in the United States. Rob clarifies exactly what the NSA has access to and provides insight to the differences between domestic and foreign surveillance programs that are being used. In addition to practicing law, Rob also is a professor of philosophy at Saint Xavier University where he teaches classes on constitutional law.
