U.S. Bankruptcy Judge A. Benjamin Goldgar dismissed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing made by Tim Grover on behalf of his West Side gym, Attack Athletics, owned by Attack Properties LLC.  The company has filed an appeal with the U.S. District Court, but it remains vulnerable to foreclosure leaving its high-profile creditors at risk.  Barack Ferrazzano's Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights Group Chair William Barrett represents the mortgage holder.
