Barack Ferrazzano Congratulates New Partners
Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce two of our attorneys have been promoted to the partnership level, effective January 1, 2020. These newly elevated attorneys represent a variety of the Firm's core practices, exemplifying the client-oriented services for which Barack Ferrazzano is known. Congratulations to Connor and K.C.
Connor Gants concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, including matters relating to commercial contract disputes, insurance coverage, professional liability, and government contracting. He is well-versed in all aspects of litigation and arbitration, using his skills to counsel motor vehicle clients on various matters related to dealer networks and the federal and state regulations affecting manufacturer-dealer relationships. Connor earned his J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School.

K.C. Klagos focuses his practice on executive compensation and employee benefits. He regularly counsels the Firm's clients on the design and implementation, including tax and securities law issues arising in connection with deferred compensation plans, equity and incentive compensation arrangements, and executive employment agreements. Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, K.C. worked in the national tax department of a Big 4 accounting firm. He also dedicates time on a pro bono basis preparing wills and power of attorney documents for the Wills For Heroes Foundation, a program which provides essential legal documents free of charge to our nation’s first responders. K.C. earned his J.D. at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
