County Bancorp, Inc. to Acquire Fox River Valley Bancorp, Inc.
The Barack Ferrazzano Financial Institutions Group acted as legal counsel for Manitowoc, Wisconsin based County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICBK), the holding company for Investors Community Bank, in the proposed purchase of Fox River Valley Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary bank, The Business Bank, which was announced on November 20, 2015. The transaction, which provides for consideration of a combination of County Bancorp cash and stock, has an overall transaction value of approximately $28.9 million and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016. Barack Ferrazzano's legal team was led by Robert M. Fleetwood and Emily N. Henkel. Executive compensation and benefits issues were handled by Barack Ferrazzano's Donald L. Norman, Jr.
