Rob Shapiro Discusses Supreme Court Rulings on Social Media Threats & More on CLTV's Politics Tonight

On CLTV's Politics Tonight, Barack Ferrazzano partner Robert Shapiro discussed recent Supreme Court cases involving several hot button issues, including the decision to overturn a conviction in a case regarding threats made on Facebook. Rob clarified the Supreme Court's ruling does not appear to allow threats on social media but rather displayed the Court's effort to define what constitutes a threat online and a level of intentional conduct or knowledge must be apparent for prosecution. Rob also commented on the Supreme Court's remanding of a religious discrimination case, and remarked on the arguments made for same-sex marriage and the possible consequences of overturning Obamacare, for both the Obama administration and Republican legislature.
