Barack Ferrazzano is featured in Lawyer Monthly's December 2014 issue for our representation of Le Labo on the acquisition agreement with The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. The agreement, executed in November 2014, adds Le Labo, a high-end fragrance and sensory lifestyle brand, to Estée Lauder's line of prestigious beauty brands. Barack Ferrazzano acted as legal advisor to Le Labo on the transaction, with Peter Barack and Andrew Grossmann leading the legal team.
