ADR Systems Welcomes Wendi Sloane
Barack Ferrazzano Partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property Group, Wendi E. Sloane joins ADR Systems as a mediator and arbitrator. ADR Systems is the Midwest's largest alternative dispute resolution service provider, focusing on successful mediation, arbitration, early neutral evaluation, special master, discovery master, appellate review and other alternative dispute resolution services.
Wendi focuses her practice on intellectual property law and complex commercial litigation, and has extensive experience in all areas of non-utility patent intellectual property. She is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution, both as a litigant handling mediations and arbitrations, and as a mediator herself. Wendi is also an active member of many industry organizations and associations, including the International Trademark Association's (INTA) Trademark Mediators Network and Trademark Reporter Committee.
