Moving from Diversity to Inclusion

This interactive program, presented by Vernā Myers, Esq. and Patricia A. Hennessy, Esq. of Vernā Myers Consulting Group, will further develop participants’ awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and the whys and hows of moving from diversity to inclusion through a unified strategy.
Topics include:
- Key concepts of diversity and inclusion
- Value of embracing diversity and inclusion
- Elements of a successful diversity initiative and best practices
- Unconscious bias and unintentional ways that diversity issues manifest themselves
- Overcoming barriers to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace
CLE: This program has been approved for 4 hours Professional Responsibility/ Ethics Credit. Under Illinois MCLE reporting rules, these hours can also be applied as general CLE credit hours.
