About the Speakers
Rob is co-chair of the Financial Institutions Group and concentrates his practice on financial institutions, securities, and general corporate matters. He regularly represents financial institutions on public and private securities offerings, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and contract negotiations. Additionally, he works closely with clients on their continued compliance with federal and state securities laws, including reporting under the Securities Exchange Act and with corporate governance matters.
John Geiringer is a nationally recognized banking attorney who advises financial institutions on regulatory, governance, and investigative matters. John regularly provides focused training sessions to boards and management on a wide range of legal and risk management topics.
