Fraud comes in all sizes and shapes, internally and externally. John M. Geiringer will lead a panel discussion to help attendees find out what banks should be doing to minimize the risk of fraudulent activity. Norman, Jr., will look at how the audit committee should work with the compensation committee to understand management’s incentives and the impact on risk taking, as well as how to define appropriate and accurate metrics too measure performance.
