Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to sponsor The John Buck Company's 30th Annual Spring Fling charity event, which will benefit both Working on Womanhood (WOW) Youth Guidance and The John Buck Company Foundation. Spring Fling is held every year to benefit a Chicago area charitable organization that puts emphasis on support of families, children and education. Since its inaugural year, Spring Fling has helped to raise $11.7 million in contributions for Chicago non-profit organizations.
This year's beneficiary, Working on Womanhood (WOW) Youth Guidance, is a school-based group counseling program whose goal is to improve social-emotional and behavior competencies in girls grade 7-12 who are exposed to traumatic stress or have emotion regulation challenges.
The event will include drinks, dishes prepared by some of Chicago's top chefs and a raffle featuring a $25,000 grand prize.
