Kelly concentrates on commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes assisting with acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions involving commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. She has experience working with attorneys on industrial and commercial property matters, including the analysis of title documents, surveys, and other due diligence materials and preparation of closing documents. Her residential experience encompasses contract negotiation, due diligence review, document preparation, and conducting closings. She has worked at both large and small firms in Chicago and New York. Kelly received her BBA, cum laude, from Bernard M. Baruch College (CUNY) and her Paralegal Certificate from Adelphi University.
